About the Product Warranty

Kindly keep the enclosed warranty card and certificate of authenticity in a safe place.
Should any defect be found, we will, depending on stock availability, offer an exchange for the same or an equivalent item, or issue a refund.
Please note that the free warranty does not apply in the following cases
・If you are unable to present the warranty card or certificate of authenticity provided with the product.
・Damage resulting from the customer’s negligence, including dropping or impact
・Damage or loss due to natural disasters, fire or other acts of nature.
・If the product has been modified or altered in any way after purchase
・If it has been over one year since the product was purchased
・If damage or breakage occurs that is beyond what would be expected from normal everyday use

【Care and Precautions for Storage】

We recommend storing your pearls in a dedicated case, away from direct sunlight and outdoor air, and avoiding high temperatures and humidity.
At the same time, when storing your pearls be sure to keep them separate from metal accessories as metals are harder and may scratch the pearls.
By taking these precautions in your daily care, you can preserve the natural luster of your pearls for many years, making them a gem worthy of being passed down through generations. We hope you will enjoy them for a long time.

【Care and Handling of Pearl Products】

Pearls are gemstones produced by oysters.Their main component is calcium carbonate.
Strong alkalis are harmful to pearls. Please take special care to avoid exposing them to hot springs, fruit juices, or vinegar.
In addition, repeated exposure to moisture and drying may cause discoloration or loss of luster.
We recommend wearing your pearls after finishing your makeup and hair styling, as sweat, skin oils, cosmetics, and sprays can cause them to deteriorate more quickly.
After use, gently wipe away any perspiration or dirt with the provided soft cloth.

【After sales service】

◆Restringing
For OKUHIRO necklaces and bracelets, we offer complimentary restringing services.Please provide your warranty or appraisal certificate when requesting service.For designs incorporating materials other than pearls, a quotation fee may apply. However, in certain cases, a complimentary estimate may be offered as an exception. Please inquire in store for more details.
We kindly ask for approximately one week to complete the restringing service.

◆Ring resizing service
For any inquiries regarding ring sizing, please consult your place of purchase.
Kindly note that certain items may not be eligible for resizing, and the range of possible size adjustments may be limited depending on the product.
